(1)Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

 Production sites often face a variety of problems. These include:
・Production information cannot be quickly understood.
・Figures such as the production volume and number of errors are not categorized.
・Machine operators commit too many errors.
・Records of defective products that have been found cannot be traced.

 Our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is ideal for resolving such problems.
 MES collects and collectively manages the various types of production and alarm information for taping machines and LED sorting machines.
 MES enables product management, operator mix-up prevention, and production volume management to be centrally controlled by using bar-codes and RFID tags to manage production lots.
 MES collects data on the operating status of each machine, the production volume, alarms, and the test results of the testing devices. It then stores these data on its server computer and uses them to analyze the current state and production performance of the factory.
 MES allows records of the factory’s past production conditions to be managed, enabling traceability.

(2)Smart Sorting System

 The distribution of measured values for LED characteristics follows a curve similar to that of a normal distribution model.
 The majority of tested LED devices showed similar characteristics, so a bin for sorted LED devices quickly becomes full during operation of a conventional LED sorting machine. As a result, the machine frequently has to be stopped to discharge the tested devices from the bin. 
 Our Smart Sorting System eliminates this problem. 
 When a bin becomes full, the Smart Sorting System enables the machine to continue operating by sorting the tested devices into an empty bin if one is available.
 Reducing the number of times the operation of a device needs to be interrupted increases productivity.

(3)BinBox Location Checker

Most LED sorting machines currently on the market use 128 or 256 bins. If a misplaced bin is undetected, the machine sorts tested LED devices into an incorrect bin, which may lead to production failures. The BinBox Location Checker eliminates this type of problem. The checker examines the address information attached to each bin when the bins are set, and it prevents production failures by displaying an alarm when it discovers misplaced bins.
